Absolutely awful- ripoff. Don’t use. Was here 5 mins. Sprayed some WD-40 and said that was all they could do. $95. Called the company and got some girl on the phone who said to me “well why did you let him do the job?” Spraying WD40? He could have changed me the $30 service fee and said spray some WD-40. I think Preebro is a service and they dispatch local locksmiths to you. They’re the middleman and probably get a piece of the action. A disgrace.

The company name is exactly what they offer, that’s emergency service. Their technician helped me get access to the main door without making a replica key. Don’t know how he was able to do so, but it was awesome. He also fixed two jammed locks.

Very pricey for low quality locks. Home depot was cheaper and the same quality.... Don't use them go to another locksmith that wont rip you off
